Windgap Medical Appoints Jason Durkin as Vice President, SupplyChain
Watertown, MA, August 8, 2023 — Windgap Medical is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Durkin as the company’s Vice President, Supply Chain, effective July 31. He leads both the supply chain and program management functions at Windgap, collaborating closely with the CEO and the entire organization to progress the company’s multiple injection platforms.
“Jason brings significant experience with drug delivery systems to the Windgap team,” said Aaron Mann, Windgap’s CEO. “His experience leading suppliers and CDMO teams at biopharmaceutical companies is directly applicable to Windgap’s work today.”
Durkin joins Windgap from Takeda where he was Head, CDMO Relationship Management. Prior to Takeda, Jason held a series of progressive leadership roles at Nypro, A Jabil Company, including establishing several of Nypro’s combination product business lines and units. Earlier in his career he held global program management roles at both Nypro and Bespak (now Recipharm) across injectables and inhaled therapies. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Boston University.
