Before joining Windgap as the CEO in 2023, Aaron served as the founding CEO of Kindeva Drug Delivery, a complex drug CDMO focused on respiratory and transdermal combination products.

He built Kindeva in partnership with 3M and Altaris Capital Partners following 3M’s divestiture in 2019. He has prior executive leadership roles at Phillips-Medisize, 3M, and Remedi SeniorCare. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Carleton College.

Michael brings over 20 years of experience in life sciences and biotech, serving as both a strategic partner and a financial advisor to growth-phase and impact-driven organizations while helping forge a culture of success.

Prior to joining Windgap, Michael was the CFO of Assembly Biosciences. He launched his pharmaceutical finance career at Johnson & Johnson and went on to support capital raises totaling over $1B, multiple M&A transactions, and a successful IPO. He holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BSBA from Bryant University. He currently serves on the boards of Unity Biosciences and OUTbio, Inc.

CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER

Brent has over 15 years of experience in early-stage company formation and growth. With a background in semiconductors, Brent has created and developed core technologies in support of the medical diagnostics and drug delivery industries.

He co-founded Windgap Medical to pursue life-changing drug delivery devices for complex injectables and difficult-to-mix drugs. As Chief Business Officer, he focuses on pipeline growth and partnerships with customers across several treatment areas. Brent has a Ph.D. from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.

VICE PRESIDENT, SUPPLY CHAIN

Jason brings nearly 30 years of experience in the combination products industry across a variety of injection and inhalation technologies.

Before joining Windgap in 2023, Jason was instrumental in establishing and managing Takeda’s R&D supplier relationship team for both device and drug products. While at Nypro, a Jabil Company, he helped establish their drug handling capabilities and managed the P&L for several injection systems. At Bespak, he helped develop several innovative inhalation technologies.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

VICE PRESIDENT, REGULATORY AFFAIRS & QUALITY

Anthony has nearly 30 years of experience in the medical device, combination product, and digital health regulatory affairs field.

He has built high-performing and self-sustaining regulatory teams and infrastructure in FDA, Biogen, Sanofi, and Pear Therapeutics.

Anthony holds an MBA and Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

Prior to joining Windgap, Max executed the successful carve-out of 3M’s drug delivery business and creation of Kindeva Drug Delivery, a CDMO focused on complex drug delivery challenges.

He had also served as a member of the investment team at Altaris Capital Partners, where he evaluated and executed private equity transactions in the biopharma industry.

Max began his career in the healthcare practice at Bain & Company, with relevant experience in pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Masters in Biotechnology from Harvard University. He also holds an AB in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Harvard College.
